    Or how about a 2 liter plastic soda bottle duct taped to the end of a barrel. Saw that in a Steven Segal movie. Not sure if it works. Would having an empty bottle in your range bag be considered constructive possession?

      I dunno about that. At least for the one in the Costa video it looks like the part you drill out is thick enough that you can't simply screw it onto a firearm and shoot out the center part.

        I've used plastic soda pop bottles (empty) attached to .22's. Worked pretty good.

        There was a company (I forget name) who made a screw on adapter for M-10's and M-11's and was threaded for the 2 liter soda pop bottle. Worked good for a few shots, then blew the bottle off the end of the gun.

        The adapter was required to be NFA registered as a "silencer" part.
