    CorBon ammo?

I've been out of the shooting world for some 15 years or more, but I remember a company that made very high velocity handgun ammo, lightweight bullets and big gaping hollow points. Are they still in business, or have they gone away?
Sam, if it's December 1941 in Casablanca, what time is it in New York? I bet they're asleep in New York. I bet they're asleep all over America.

I edited my post due to grumpy response. Anywho, they are still in business.

Still in business, and still THE GO-TO ammo makers!

I still have my 1911's stuffed with 200gr. "flying ashtrays (they STOPPED making those, btw)," and their 69gr. 5.56 JHP's are in the mags of every one of my AR's.

None of the mentioned makers actually make the bullets, cases, primers or powder. They just have their own recipe.

CorBon and DoubleTap conform to SAAMI (Sp?) specs. Never tried Underwood 10mm or in anything, so no opinion. I do like Buffalo Bore too but not as my first choice.

                              Go straight to Underwood.
High velocity, high quality boutique ammo. I've acquired a lot from them. They ship to California and have various lines depending on your specific desires. Expansion. Penetration. Velocity. Etc.
