He also banned 80% lowers I believe. And the Precursor parts going through an FFL got passed I'm sure.

the way i see it, the title 1 blatantly exposes huge loop holes on ca. gun laws. I think Newsom and co. saw the rifle as an eye sore to their ego's

however, FA did not invent Title 1 guns. They've always existed, they are a Federally defined item. This is just some DOJ/legislator's pet project to get rid of anything they don't like. As it became more popular recently, that's what made them take more notice is all. Same with the 80%s.

Those that got them while you could be thankful.

This is merely the 'regulatory two step'. Legislators knowing nothing about the market they seek to regulate, write some law. The participants in that market then find some way of evading the specific wording of that legislation to do what they want to do or bring something to market. Repeat ad nauseum

This 'regulatory two step' is by no means unique to the world of firearms either folks. This is true in many, if not most markets/realms of legislating. Stop feelin' all persecuted, that's just how this goes.
Yes, thanks to those like you.

I suppose all of the early 20th century black Americans who were forced to succumb to a stripped-down version of freedom should have also just realized "that's just how it goes"...

Can leftists make any point that isn't a hypocrisy?

Hopefully they just stop - because this attempt got us less than nothing. Now we have all types of additional stupid scenarios where AW will be accidentally created during maintenance, and some of us now have to deal with the headache of real AW problems.

My 1919A4 is now AW, and what do we have to show for it?

You cannot win against a supermajority, so just stop trying. Nothing good is going to come from it.
