Question on Selling off roster

I want to PPT few off-roster Glocks, but I am not well versed on the legality when it comes to selling/PPT off rosters.

I heard there's a limit... Can anybody shed some light on this?

You can sell them out of state no issue

In state has to be face to face at an FFL
