    Warning

Stopped in at Black rifle in Citrus Hgts today to sign the latest round of recall petitions for recall and was told they never had petitions in the store by some kid younger than my newest pistol. When i said i have signed petitions at te back counter in the last failed petition drive he basically implied i was lying. i did not get mad but the pistol I was going to buy (roughly $1200) is still sitting in their display and will until he-- freezes over. It cost them a sale and I will not refer anyone to their store in the future and i have done business with them before mainly in PPT's. Attitude in this case had a lot to do with my cash staying in my pocket. You never know who is going to walk in to your store with a few grand to spend and in this case that money goes elsewhere. If this is in the wrong forum I apologize and yes i have witnesses to the conversation.

Its amazing that some gun shops continue the stereotype.

      Sacramento Black Rifle.
      If looking at google reviews/ratings.

      - Is one of the small very few gun stores in CA that has a google rating of less than 3.5 stars.
*Any competent gun store in CA has minimum of 4 stars.

I've heard nothing but horror stories about them. Similar to red skull tactical

When you have to tell me right from the get-go that you’re tactical, I can tell it’s going to be a bad experience.

it is a shame but i figured my fellow gun owners should know my experience. Been on here for a while and own a lot of older guns as a collector but was only treated this way one other time thirty years. Now my next question is where can I find someone with the petitions and better yet someone who has a few legitimate ones I can pick up for several others to sign and I can mail it. Any help would be gratefully appreciated. i am just recovering from a long illness.

I went to pick up a gun on the 10th day before Covid and a newer guy behind the counter implied that I was too early because they have an 11 day policy. I said I called ahead and made sure I could but he did have an attitude until a senior guy (maybe 25) corrected him.

Their reasoning was that people kept on getting mad that their gun wasn't cleared 30 minutes before the exact time and they make a big deal because they drive out from the Bay Area blah blah blah.

I went back to have a DROS printed and they got it done no questions.

I think for a store called Black Rifle, they should have a black sign too (it's blue right now), with a cool white outline but that's my 2c.

The last time there was a petition signing it was done outside by a 3rd party I believe but this was at a different LGS.

I don't get punishing a store because an employee is an idiot. Failing to give management the opportunity to correct the issue allows it to continue.

SBR has always had its issues with customer service. My issue with SBR is their silly prices.
