    Stripped lower Sig Sauer 365

I found a Sig 365 lower stripped ... in AZ can this be shipped to CA to an FFL?

    Any findings would help.

    Thank You

    No unless roster exempt.

The lower part is not what you need it is the trigger group that is registered.

Are you referring to the conversion kit or the entire lower (fire control unit & all?)

        This is a conversion kit:

Osage County Guns is one of the largest gun stores in Missouri and one of the largest Sig Sauer dealers in the US!

Grip module does not need an ffl. Sig sells them for $39.00. Fire control group does, as it has the serial #.

Before toss out stuff you should get a clue..

On a 365, like a 320 the serial number is part of the trigger "chassis" module.. the lower is just a plastic grip module with no serial number or need for an FFL

Now if it was the lower grip module WITH the serialized trigger chassis then it would need and FFL and would be off the CA roster

Op has NO IDEA how the 320 or 365 system work otherwise he wouldn’t be asking this question. I own both so I know EXACTLY what I’m talking about. If you are asking if a plastic grip can be shipped. You obviously don’t own a 365 or 320 FCU in the first place.

                    Are you selling your 365?
