    another thing to consider is that, if a m855 round hits you in the back, passing thru the lvl3 plate, it will pass thru your body and hit the lvl 4 plate on the backside. id imagine that would be really bad, as the m855 energy is trapped between the backside of the lvl4 plate and your chest...
