AKfiles activation issue

Sorry if this thread is in the wrong place but I don't know what to do.

So I'm having a problem with signing up for my account (under my old name as specified in the directions) on the new website. It sent me a url to activate my account but I get the error message "The activation key you supplied does not match any in the database." Tried clicking on it several times but got the same result. Had it resent twice more and got the same error message.

Anyway, no way to contact an admin as NONE of their email addresses are to be found. So anyone have an admin's email they can PM me?

I don't have any moderators emails, but they are saying the old Board should be back up any day now and you will be able to use your old log-in. Old Board was actually supposed to be back up last weekend, but they are doing some final tests.

They are in a mess getting the new stuff sorted out. Jen is probably miserable. Im surprised they are trying to bring over all the ratings back over. I havent tried to even log back in yet. No help here.

Quick update posted. AK Files is expected to be back online sometime this weekend. I will likely open the forum to contributors / vendors first so not everyone slams it at the same time. (no, you can't upgrade now to get early access.. that's not how this works!)

FAL Files I need to pull the server backups in order to recover attachments. I am also going to try to restore the OLD board (think 1998-2008ish era) from the old server as a read-only archive. The old board restoration won't affect us getting back online. The only hold up there is restoring from backups as I may have to start the import all over.
