I've been very lucky so far. Only one case of 38 super stolen by fedex. Took 2 months for my distributor to replace.

Ship half dozen rifle sized boxes with stickers and printing on them advertising there were guns inside. Gps trackers based on the cell network are cheap like the reach far rf-16 ~$25 or just put an old cellphone in the box. Make sure it the boxes go through the same hub. The same guy or someone working with him will grab it. Then have a delicate conversation with the perp stealing other people's property. Once you have your gun or restitution that's when you drop a dime on them.

They sometimes transfer to USPS as delivered. USPS may be backed up right now. I have wondered the same in the past but have never been a victim. Had a neighbor wait 2 weeks for a package that said it was at the PO.

I haven't had any problems with FedEx personally. I've had plenty of guns roll through the suspect facility Reno May mentions, but no issues yet fortunately...

Worst experience from FedEx was they delivered a case of Tulammo 7.62x39 that was all beat to hell. Holes in the packaging, rounds missing. Palmetto State Armory sent it out very poorly packaged so they have some fault in this, but FedEx gave it to me halfway falling apart...

Happened to me on a laptop sent to Dell for repairs. Dell sent it back and the driver reported it was "delivered" despite strict requirements from Dell for an adult signature. Our security cameras also never recorded their driver approaching our front door when they claimed they delivered it.

It took Dell to investigate it and it finally showed up three weeks after they claimed it was delivered.

They used to be top notch. Too bad.

The worst is USPS. They mark stuff delivered all the time when it has not been delivered.

I'd trust Fed Ex or UPS any day before USPS. Watch though as UPS will use USPS for final delivery and that process really screws up the delivery process.

I don't know about fed-ex but I have 1500 bullets that were shipped on the 28th of last month that have been sitting in Sacramento since the 3rd......I filed a missing package report and so did the business that shipped them.....USPS is sucking right now on purpose...they want more money.

Damn that sucks. Law of averages--It was about time that USPS/Fedex/UPS hired a bunch of aholes that brought the quality/trustworthiness of deliveries down a bunch of notches.
                          Still, it really really sucks.

I hope they catch the rat bastards!

I used to think Fedex was the best of them. Right now, their average is worse than USPS. I ship online orders USPS every day priority mail, and they actually are not bad, percentage-wise. When they screw up, it's always something that matters though. It's never a $5 part, it's valuable.
Fedex has lost me about $2800 in the last few weeks. I only had about $1500 of insurance on there, so I'm SOL. They are dang slow to process, too.
I agree with manny above - they are gradually going down the scale.....
There are some people that it's just not worth engaging.

It's a muzzle BRAKE, not a muzzle break. Or is your muzzle tired?

Shipping to nearby pickup has been good for me.
