Isn't the centurion just a shorter barrel with a shorter slide? In essence a compact upper on a full size lower? Seems like the challenge is finding a compact upper for sale. Or just buy one of each and combine them?

I don't know if it's a straight swap or not but my 92fs Centurion is my favorite Beretta, the balance of the compact barrel/slide on the full-size frame is perfect! I suspect the std dust cover on the full size 92fs frame might be a problem with a swap to a compact barrel /slide. .
