As long as the top rail on the receiver and handguard match up....that's all that matters.

My F1 firearms upper is compatible with any MilSpec lower. My free float rail is from SLR rifleworks.

You should have posed us the question what looks off about the build then seen if anyone mentioned it. To me there is so much bling going on there I wouldn't have noticed it.
