I did get an appointment I requested albeit 30 minutes before the buyer and I were meeting. We had already chosen another ffl so we didn’t make the appointment. That said rifle gear came through we just couldn’t change plans that late.

That all said I want to say Rifle Supply in HB off Gothard got us through quickly and also engraved a lower while we waited with my Cfars serial number. How cool is that??

Stupid point if you ask me. I have like 350 transactions on calguns. Yea, like I tried To time this sale to take "advantage" of the covid 19 rush...well its kind a late for the real rush. Just need some space in the safe. Such a suggestion is frankly absurd.

Who are these guys who surf Calguns looking for any nuance to project their negativity into benign simple discussions? They need a life.

I didn't see your OP as negative. Seems like some people are affected by the craziness, or maybe just jaded/to ready to see the negative. It is the internet too, where everyone shows the same courtesy they would at all the best times in their life.


The craziness is still going. A couple of local (same owner) shops have a waiting list to make an appointment. Incredible. Get on waiting list for over 2 working days, to make an appointment for some day in the future. Wow!



Just a thought - all that time could be used for reloading.

Two days ago at my local gun store, the wait was a little over 3 hours.

Edit: I mean, if you're going to be selling one anyway, market price is market price...
