BCM Recce 16 MCMR Upper

Just bought a complete upper and want to start the rest of the process. Anyone recommend how to go about the rest of it. Should I get a specific lower or parts? Thanks ahead of time. So much information out there and don't know where to start.

Decide if you want mag lock or featureless. Don't get legal trouble if you inadvertently assemble an "assault" rifle in the eye of calDOJ.

Handy: buy a quality stripped lower (matching BCM if you want) from you FFL and build your own.

Not handy: buy a complete lower from your FFL

Figured i'd go featureless. Maglock seems like a hassle. I'll start doing some more research then. Hopefully my local Shops have something. Because of current times I feel like I'm picking the carcass of vultures XD
