Is there a PPT limit for buyers? I understand that there is a limit on PPT sales but can not find any definitive law or rule for buyers. I know there is a one-in-30 rule for brand new handgun purchases but what about used PPT transfers as a buyer?

Also, how does it work if I do an PPT purchase let's say on a Tuesday at one location (Not in City of LA) and do another PPT purchase on Friday the same week at another location (Not in City of LA)? Would the background check or waiting period get denied or would conflict with each other?

No limit. Buy as many as you want.

It’d be ideal to combine purchases on a single DROS but no issue if separate.

No PPT limit for buyers other than the size of their wallet. Buy one every other day, twice a day, three times a week your choice.

One in 30 does not apply outside of the city of LA

Nope. They ran background check on me twice in one day and I passed with no delays.
I've gotten background checked multiple times in the same week and passed without delays.
