    Great FFL service Mongrel Tactical

I just sold a gun and the buyer tried to locate an FFL for transfer.
After 4-5 days of calling around, it appeared all FFL are booked 3-6 weeks and charge at least $75 for PTP, which apparently illegal but they do not give a rat's azz about it.
Finally, he texted me that Mongrel Tactical not very busy, do not have any appointments and charge the usual $10 + DROS

For me, it was a perfect deal since i hunt only 10 minutes away.
Today after my morning hunt at 10 AM i was there, at 10:15 i was on my way home and the happy buyer was finishing his DROS. No line, no hassle, extremely nice, and service-oriented people.
On top of it, the display was full of handguns of various manufacturers and calibers. Also, i saw some long guns on the wall display.
I did not look closer, so cannot tell what was there besides some shotguns, including tactical, lever, bolt, and some AR-style long guns.

So, there is a panic somewhere, but not in the area.
It is a little drive for some, but the bottom line saves your time and money.

I have no affiliation with this business and never knew about their existence before today

Yeah, especially since it is the middle of nowhere. The cows outnumber the people out there, right?

Also, if you have never heard of it, the odds are it is too far away.

OP: Please add Los Banos to your title. (Edit, go advanced)

If I was looking for an FFL in my area of San Diego why would I just Google the name of some place hoping that of all the cities in California it might just by chance be near me. That's totally backwards. If I'm looking for a local FFL to my area, then location is the most critical part of the equation.

It's well worth mentioning the location and it would be ESPECIALLY helpful in the thread title.

Also it's more convenient for others to see what threads are pertinent to them and regardless of how fast a Google search is, it most helpful to my fellow calgunners if they don't have to waste their time reading threads that won't help them.

By the way, OP, I am just curious; what did you buy?

OP used a gun to buy a bunch of money. He was the seller.
