Oc armory closing

I think having turners open across the freeway didn’t help.

If it wasn’t for guys like mike, ammo bro’s, and rifle gear we would have been shutout by the other guns stores who refused to sell AR’s until kamela admitted they were legal.

It’s amazing how much FUD one hears when you stray from a store like OC Armory. Actually it’s a sad testimony to the state of retail gun stores in California.

And SSE, magazine kits and whatnot... These guys pushed the limit straight to the line prescribed by the law and we all benefited.

That's a shame, and I'm sad to see them go. I always liked going there, and I've bought more than a few guns from that shop.

I know Mike is a pilot, and I hope the downturn in commercial aviation created some pockets in the market for him to fill.

Hit or miss with that shop. Some SSE guns were listed as multi caliber so when you went to CCW them the OCSD said no.

When you have stuff shipped in from out of state, you either just have to bite your tongue and put up with his shyt or have them shipped back. Had to deal with that once and was more than happy to find another FFL . Eventhough Turners would not be my first choice but I'll go there over that place anyday.

His dad on the other hand was a very nice respectable gentleman.

I got my first PPT done there. Mike was very helpful and awesome service. Another great asset to Calguns and 2A, gone.

Sorry to see another shop close, though I'm not surprised given the state we live in. I bought my first 1911 through Mike. The store was really busy when I picked it up, but Mike took the time to show me how to field strip it. I thought that was first class service.
