Shoot 'em if you got 'em

Just not in maglocked. Featureless only. There are some other rules about RAWs and BBRAWs I think, but don't apply to most.

        They are illegal to possess.

But you shouldn't get in trouble. Yet.

Use them in your featureless rifles and handguns. No fixed mag rifles or fixed mag handguns.

They are NOT illegal to possess. They are perfectly legal.

Tulare County decided that Pheng Yang's Freedom Week magazines are legal.

Gius (2019) shows that CCWs reduce violent crime. If CA had as many CCWs as TX, rape would fall 24%.

Tulare county is now friendly for retirees from LA and SF who want to rest and live the rest of their lives with a CCW.

Nowhere in that letter does it say that "freedom week magazines" are legal.

I've tried to follow Mr. Yang's case as closely as possible. I don't see any significant possibility of the D.A. refiling charges.

Mr. Yang claimed that he obtained the magazines during "Freedom Week." The D.A. doesn't seem to have any evidence to the contrary, and has appeared to accept Mr. Yang's statement.

With that being the case, Mr. Yang is protected against prosecution by the federal court order.

While it is true that the D.A. may bring charges up to the limit of the Statute of Limitations (three years), it's very unlikely that we will see a final resolution to the Duncan case within that time period, and it's equally unlikely that the federal court order will be lifted until there is a final resolution.

Armed scholar and Reno may have done a good amount of videos on the topic. But armed scholar actually keeps up with everything new regarding the case.
