Glock 43x accessories question / CCW

This will be used for CCW. Question is what do I put on it if any.
Laser/ light
Rmr
Or just stock sights

This will be a hot weather gun / looking for suggestions on a winter / cold weather gun, thinking of a sig 320c, or a 1911 aluminum frame 9mm commander

Have you shot any of these? They are all different manuals of arms and sizes. Sights/lights/lasers are pretty subjective.

If you’re carrying a Glock 43x in summer, the only appropriate winter gun is a Glock 19.

I don’t have anything on my carry guns except Trijicon HD XR night sights. No light, no laser, no RDS. I shoot often so the advantage is minimal and only makes my pants heavier.

Going out tonight with a Glock 43 w/ HD XR sights, one 6 round mag, one 9 round mag, and a nice leather holster. Downtown Fresno here we come.
