I just posted for the first time and the moderator closed my post after less than 10 minutes with no explanation. What gives?

Why did the moderator close my post?

Because your question already got answered ? -
But I'm still very confused. The administrator finally added his post to it, but only confused me more!
He said the answers before him were correct, but then contradicted them by saying that I could sell the pistol by walking into a CA ffl and selling it there after a 10 day waiting period. I'm confused. I'm not trying to break the law. I'm trying to follow it.Last edited by Border Dave; 06-27-2020, 4:08 PM.Comment

Selling a gun across state lines must include the services of a FFL, except for the special circumstances listed in your previous thread"To preserve liberty, it is essential that the whole body of the people always possess arms, and be taught alike, especially when young, how to use them" - Richard Henry Lee

You got all your answers and even validation by Librarian, who is probably the most knowledgeable member here on topics like yours. He closed it since there was nothing more to add other than misinformation and that would be of no help to you.
Frankly, I am surprised more threads don’t get closed. Too many of them get very sloppy and off topic."You can't handle the truth"Comment

Sorry you were confused.
It's an FAQ, thus the inclusion of the link to the sticky that explains the law.
This one closed, too. (Before the usual gang takes it to Strange Places!)ARCHIVED Calguns Foundation Wiki here: http://web.archive.org/web/201908310...itle=Main_Page
Frozen in 2015, it is falling out of date and I can no longer edit the content. But much of it is still good!Comment
