I thought the "veteran" blue label was over. Have to wait till November. I will take a look in the morning.

        Absolutely.

I think BDU has them for like $400 and some change right now. Same price as an adjustable Trijicon RMR type 2.

I'm just kidding about Glocks. Not my cup of tea but I respect that others enjoy the flavor. Merica!

Now if you don’t want to do business with someone with less than 200 posts that, of course, is your prerogative. I would hope, however, that your preferences are not used to restrict my choices.

I agree with you that ultimately it is up to each person to decide on who to deal with however I notice that there are now more “issues” in the market place. There are those new members who:

                - responds to posts which are more than a year old
                - responds to posts asking if it is still available even if it was clearly stated that the unit was sold
                - creates a post auctioning the item
                - offers the seller more than the original asking price in order to tempt the seller the sell the unit to them as opposed to the first member who responded to the post and is willing to pay full asking price. When called out, they respond “this is a free country and I will counter offer whenever I want”
                - flakes
                - posts on the wrong forum
                - tries to scam

I miss the days when there was a minimum number of “useful” post requirement before you can actually post in the market section.

Or maybe only Calguns Foundation contributors are permitted access to the marketplace. Marketplace access should be a privilege.

Why would I be concerned with controlling and fixing prices?

Should we also restrict gun shop prices? Lots of shops selling Anderson lowers $90+. They should be raided in protection of the consumer right?

I believe the Veterans Glock Blue Label discount is available from Memorial Day thru Veterans Day and allows for a discount on one Glock purchase.

Im not very familiar with ARs so not sure how much a lower cost before.

But when you see on the market people place taking advantage of the current situation and asking double or sometimes triple the msrp..thats price gouging. But as I said, ultimately it’s up to us to choose on who we want to deal with. This is why when I listed some if the market place issues on my previous post, I never listed price gouging since it is not against Calguns rules and guidelines.
