1-in-30 clarification

Sorry if this has been addressed already but I just bought a XD9 from an FFL on gunbroker out of state. When it gets to my local FFL, i was considering buying another handgun either from the store or if im able to find a private party with one i want. Am i even able to buy another handgun from my FFL at the time of DROS for the XD? And if not, would i be able to PPT a handgun since it isnt from a dealer?

You will not be able to buy from dealer stock. You can purchase through a PPT, unless you are in the city of Los Angles, where 1 in 30 applies to everything.

Cool so im good to PPT and do a dealer sae for two handguns in the same day/month? Just wanna make it as clear as possible so im not misunderstanding. Lol

Yes. Only one dealer stock (new) in 30 days. You can do multiple ppt's and one dealer stock / 30 days.
