            Heh, I had a co-worker who had a Jarrett. Expensive custom rifles, I think his cost nearly 3 grand in the late 80's. He carried around a .3 inch group in his wallet.

                    Who's old enough to remember when people were having gunsmiths put Smith & Wesson adjustable sights on their Colt 1911 slides?

                    I know they were still doing it after this old advertisement from Colt.

                      yes..They also did Smith and Wesson revolver adjustable sights on Browning Hi-Powers also they look great on both guns.

                            Wow. What a trip down memory lane. My dad had Guns and Ammo subscription back in the 80s and I remember so many of these ads. Wish I could go back.

                              Unfortunately a few of my other guns slipped in the SBR line in front of it and now it is stuck in ATF eForm 1 limbo

                                Many of these ads speak to a day long gone. I actually remember those firearms being sold here in California
