For people who shoot up there, do you know if this means shooting is now halted or does it have to specifically say no target practice. I have been up there once when it was in effect and was nicely told to turn around. I was wondering why no one else was shooting. I will also call soon but would appreciate an answer from someone with similar experience.

Got my answer, at this time it does not affect target shooting, it would say something to that effect if it changes.
