Some changes at Angeles Shooting Range.

    Shooters,

If you go to Angeles Shooting Ranges, be aware of some changes. First, they are renovating the main register area. They are down to two registers, 1/2 of the renovation space will be going to Nabil at Angeles Armory. So at the moment, if you go when it is crowded, waits will be long.
Ammo purchases are glacially slow, one register is dedicated to customers shooting only. The other ammo purchasers. On the rifle side, every other bench is closed, for social distancing. Other issues are target stands.
There are 2 tiers, $4 for a target stand at 100 yards, stuck into the the wood base. Yes, you read it right, $4, the target frame is at the 100 yard line. When the cease fire is called, you can post YOUR targets on the frame. NOW for $6 you get a target frame with legs. And you can post your target, then walk it out to the 100 yard line. Have fun, A2

Hasn't it been like that for a few years already? Nothing seems to change. Also, don't you get the target money back after returning the frames? Correct me if I am wrong. I usually go on weekdays and there were almost never crowded. People who work there are generally nice and professional. ASR is my go-to range for the past few years.

Target stand price is ok, businesses have to pay leases and materials prices and employees.
Of course ammo checks take long, were in CA, not their fault for bs laws, you should have bought ammo before going to range a few weeks before, not last minute, complain, go to Blm land(not black lives matter for some of you newbies)
