    Short answer:

    Nope.

    Long answer:

There are no CA laws/regulations that requires mandatory notification to CA DOJ BOF when a owner of a RAW moves to a new residence.

There are no CA laws/regulations that requires mandatory notification to CA DOJ BOF when a owner of a firearm moves to a new residence.

There are CA laws that requires a valid CA LTC permit holder to notify their issuing agency within 10 days of moving to a new residence.

There are CA laws/regulations that requires a valid CA DOJ Dangerous Weapons permit holder to register all locations and vehicles that will be utilized to store or transport the Dangerous Weapons (AW, DD, MG, SBR, SBS) with CA DOJ BOF.
^So, they would need to register the new location with CA DOJ BOF, before moving the Dangerous Weapons to that location.

The AW's are registered in the AFS.
You need to update your address in AFS if you want to be able to purchase ammo in CA.

The Automated Firearms System is a repository of firearm records maintained by the Department, as established by Penal Code section 11106. The Automated Firearms System is populated by way of firearm purchases or transfers at a California licensed firearm dealer, registration of assault weapons (during specified registration periods), an individual’s report of firearm ownership to the Department, Carry Concealed Weapons Permit records, or records entered by law enforcement agencies.
