    "Flipping" out of state dealers,a new approach

    When trying to explain our laws to OOS dealers I have found it works to send them a copy of both sides of the CGF ID Guide. So here is the idea.We post on Gun Broker "For Sale ,Calif.OLL Guide" In full color on both sides the current guide to selling AR'sand AK's in Ca. High quality paper ,suitable for framing. $3.00 includes shipping. Multiple copies available.
    .......{all $$$ will go to CGF .}
    An add can also be placed on Auction Arms
    We can take care of two things at once. Flipping FFL OOS dealers and raising money for CGF.

    I'd support something like that. Maybe a downloadable PDF instead of a dead tree?

        I think dealers would want them for free.

          I'd recommend a laminated version for durability. Charge enough to cover costs and a bit of handling, but not enough to be unreasonable (or give them away through the CGF).

          Lots of gun dealers are old-school, and aren't good with computers and PDF files. Give them a nice-looking hardcopy that they can keep on hand, and you'll serve a big chunk of the traditional market.

              The reason I came up with $3.00 is ,yes they are laminated ,full color ,two sides.We ask for a donation for them at the gun shows.I think they cost $1.00 to make.You also have the envelope,postage,and a small auction fee.As the auction sites wont put stuff up for free,you need to charge a small amount for it. Even if they don't order one it still gets the OLL guide on a large national site . Use a title like "AR/AK California" and let the auction search engines do the rest.
