Ammunition background checks lead to dozens of firearms seized across state, includin

ATF Form 4473: If a frame or receiver can only be made into a long gun (rifle or shotgun), it is still a frame or receiver, not a handgun or long gun.

I don't have a problem with this. I wish they would also go after the people who try and purchase a firearm who are prohibited. They won't do it because thousands of illegals try to buy firearms each year and they don't want a PR nightmare.

There's a bunch of 1911 single stack mags and a 10 round 223? I guess prohibited means 0 so they put it all on the table.

I dont see a problem with this if youre dumb enough as a prohibited person to put your drivers license into the system. You deserve whatever comes your way.

After years of Kamala's pet gun monkeys [aka APPS] wasting millions of DROS dollars and still thousands of prohibited persons, walking around with guns.

Basura is using the MEDIA to get support from his LEFTIST Butt Buddies on the 9th. In an attempt at getting a favorable en banc ruling on Duncan.

Hey, the Dems keep promising "transparency" in this state.

Can't get more transparent than this.

In other news, once again I get denied the right to purchase ammo because the Store will not do background checks within 1/2 hour of closing. So a couple of weeks later and another 20 mile trip I might be able to purchase ammo.

So they brag about a handful after massive infringements? Get around the 4th amendment too and go on fishing trips will find way way more illegal activities.

Likely cleaning up warrants for parking tickets.

Since if you have a outstanding warrant for just about anything why not grab their guns while they are there.

Takes time to input the data. Response (assuming you're not prohibited) is normally pretty quick. And of course, the employees have other stuff to do around closing as well. Computer they use in use for other tasks? Entry employee checking/stocking restrooms? Who knows?

If it's their policy to not sell in the last half hour, get there earlier.

Considering you can be denied for a typographical error, I don't really consider this as probable cause to issue a search warrant.
