For any of you that have this rifle or any of its variants, are there a better grip option than the standard kydex grip? Cant seem to find any other options for this. Any insight would help. Thanks!

Yes, you can switch over to a HK-AR lower. Then you can run any of the AR style compliant grips such as the Sparrow Grip on your PTR.
