Last October or November I got to check out, hold and look through the sights of one at a local SF Bay Area gun shop (not Canyon Sports). I guess it was the basic Sig 556 rifle, as it was going for $1950 then.x

No it is not... It is a very nicely custom AK. I don't understand why people tend to put a $$ tag ahead of effort and time spent in the making of a one of a kind item. Typical ideology like this marks the down fall of our nation. Seems like there is no pride behind what we do now a days.
