Throw rocks instead, they will move at about the same speed as a 32-20 and cost a hell of a lot less.

That's funny, I was just at the same Wal Mart this morning and about 100 boxes of assorted calibers, in the 9mm, .40, .45 and .357 variety

I noticed they moved Shotgun ammo into the empy space in the glass cases. The reality is empty shelf space is not making money for the store. Since they are likely never going to have fully stocked shelves again, there is no point in leaving the space empty.

I could be wrong, but this makes a lot more sense for a reail store with limited shelf space.

I bought (2) 50 round boxes of .223 Rem and (4) 50 round boxes of Blazer 9mm at Wal-Mart on Aero Drive last night. Young dude behind the counter was a real jerkwad!

Me: Is this ammo on the counter for sale?

                Him: Maybe

                Me: Huh?

                Him: Sometimes

                Me: Well, how about now?

Him: Come back in 5 mins.

I was about to get rude when another co-worker came up, I asked for my ammo and he said insincerely, "Please ring this gentleman up."

                WTF?

They had about 6-7 boxes of .223 value packs when I left FWIW.

Sheesh, don't take your frustrations out on me, I have a bunch of my own and will return in kind if you wanna be a ***** with me.

I went to a gun store in San Diego to buy ammo today and they wanted $34 for a box of 50 9mm. What a complete flippin joke. They can keep their ammo. Ill find another hobby for now.. Maybe ill get back into shooting when people decide to regain their sanity.
