          I don't think any are made now. There used to be a Smith (I think) that had spring clip things in the extractor that grabbed the extractor groove.

            Check your boxes.... what velocity are you normally getting from 124 grain 9mm?

                I’m gonna be reading up on that, I’ve noticed most of the reviews I’ve seen w this type of ammo was in short barreled guns.

                    9mm ammo at 306 FPS is basically a paintball.
                    Buying a safe and sane firework is like paying a hooker for a hug. I do not see the appeal in it.

                                Have you tried that subsonic in a carbine?

                                I have a Thompson semi auto M1 carbine w/16" barrel and shoot 45acp (already subsonic) and the report is noticeably less, but not hearing safe. Hell no.

                                *The 100yd accuracy is stupid easy to prang 12" plates with caveman OEM sights.

                                Just a thought.
