Link to AR Pistol info?

Hey there. I have been cuising the forums, but I can't seem to find a link on the legality and in and outs of building a fixed mag AR pistol here in California. Is it legal, and if so, where can I find information? And who carries AR pistol lowers? Is there any chance of having pistol lowers available for the Calguns Kaiser lowers? If it is legal, and possible, I would love to have one with the calguns logo on it.

An AR pistol is nice, but with NRFs becoming more common knowledge, you should be able to get some better things... like ya know... an ak pistol
