Palmetto State Armory not taking my FFL03/CoE...

    Good morning everyone,
Sorry if this sounds stupid but, is anyone having trouble dealing with PSA in regards to uploading or emailing them your copy of your FFL03 and or COE.

I emailed them right about two weeks ago or so and I haven't received any response from them yet in regards to this issue. I followed up this past Wednesday or Thursday and still no response. Please understand, yes I know times are busier then normal, but no response after nearly three weeks. I even missed out on them during Freedom Day for ammo because they never got back to me.

Is their service just pretty much going to ****? Like I said, I know they're busier with everyone panic buying but that's no excuse to not respond. Should I even bother with it? Is anyone else going through the same thing?

Just wondering here...again sorry if this is a stupid topic.

Are you sure they are open?

Dealing with PSA is like watching grass grow or paint dry. They are famous for being slow even when times are normal, and right now I am sure they are much busier than normal.

Are you trying to order ammo from them? Have you tried placing an order to see what happens?

I ordered an upper and lower parts kit, processed and shipped within 2 days. The stripped lower is still “processing”. It’s been a week and a half. They are slow.

I'm trying first and foremost to get my copies of my documents uploaded and PSA has done nothing to help or even respond. It doesn't matter what I'm ordering, not trying to be rude...just phucking pissed off that they're not even responding after nearly three weeks. There's no excuse for that...

Sorry if I sound rude about it...as far as I'm concerned at this point in time...PSA can kiss my azz, probably won't even bother with them any more...

Put your ammo order in and they will ask for your paperwork in a day or two.

I'll give it a try, i was under the impression you had to email it to them before placing an order, like Target Sport USA and Buds Gun Shop does. Will be busy the next couple days for work...will post what I find out when I can...thanks though, appreciate it.

Is Palmetto State Armory closed for SIP/ non-essential business?

I just ordered ammo at PSA with a relatively new FFL03. There is a form where you can upload you docs before you order:

Click the message tab, fill in the form and upload your docs (you need to have them all saved in the same file folder).

My experience with PSA lately has been great, they have been very responsive. This being said, Target Sports is really easy for ammo and they are a little bit cheaper depending on what you are looking for. They also have a form where you can upload your docs and it is a bit more intuitive.
