Progressive reloading press not feeding casings properly

My Dillons XL650 is not feeding casings onto the disc flush, pictured below



I tried adjusting the black rod with an Allen wrench to allow more travel of the feeder, but it stops before I can torque it any more, pictured below



This in turn is causing the casings to be off center with the decapper, pictured below



This in turn is causing the casings to also be off center with the powder feeder, causing powder to spill, as pictured below
