    DROS

Is it possible to get turned down for no reason? I'm still waiting for approval, it's been 14 days already and it's still pending....

There is always a reason to get turned down, just many of them are not good.
You are not rejected yet, so hang in there.

Approvals are slow due to record numbers of purchases (or conspiracies, hard to be certain).

Be patient, many here are getting approval in less than 20 days.

Some FFLs will not release to buyer if DOJ does not approve in time.
The result of a DOJ "non-answer" is called "undetermined".

Depending on your FFL, they may or may not release the gun.

Always try to buy from an FFL that will release on undetermined.
