    Just wondering ,
I know New centerfire pistol is one every 30 days.

Private sales - buy as many as you can afford, no limit.

For handguns and rifles there is no limit on PPT. 1/30 only applies to new handguns for now.

The one-in-thirty limit applies (for now) only to FFL transfers of handguns. It does not matter if the handgun is used or new; it must be an FFL transfer instead of a PPT for the limit to apply.
Those who have a 03 FFL and a COE are exempt from the limit.

I think I saw someone do 5 rifle lowers at one point.

Only 2 for me, 1 pistol and 1 rifle on the same dros.

                        Currently...

When buying out of a CA FFL dealer's inventory, there is a 1 in 30 day wait for all handguns.

There is an exemption to this for buyers with a valid C&R 03-FFL and valid COE.

There is no 1 in 30 day wait for any type of long gun.

When buying via PPT*, there is no 1 in 30 day wait for any firearms.

*PPT equates to a face-to-face transfer between CA residents facilitated by a CA FFL dealer.
~If one of the parties involved is a non-resident of CA, then it's not a PPT, it's a transfer out of a dealer's inventory.
~If the firearm is shipped, then it's not a PPT, it's a transfer out of a dealer's inventory.

When buying out of a CA FFL dealer's inventory, there is a 1 in 30 day wait for all handguns and for semi-auto centerfire rifles.

There is an exemption to this for buyers with a valid C&R 03-FFL and valid COE.

There is no 1 in 30 day wait for manually operated repeating centerfire rifles, single-shot centerfire rifles, rimfire rifles, and shotguns.

When buying via PPT, there is no 1 in 30 day wait for any firearms.

If I have a pending stripped lower on my 10 day wait, can I add another lower when I pick up?

No. You can't tack on new firearms to a currently running DROS.

You can DROS something else during that time, but you're paying its on $48 fee and waiting its own 10(+ because CA DOJ is currently running 15+) days.
