    Yep Python blue is hard to beat - even 40 years later. If they built them like they did in the 70's it be hard to pass up.

          Their SAAs still look pretty good. I think they can do it. New Smiths get alot of crap, but I have most of the "new" Classics and the finishes are pretty good (and consistent) overall. If we quit buying new blued revolvers they will quit making them after all.

              Modern CNC tolerances more precise than old method and today’s steels are more consistent.

              For a shooter I would choose the new ones for sure!

              The only thing I don’t like are the plywood grips.

                  You really gotta get into reloading then you wouldnt of blown your load on ammo..... I loaded a few hundred 357 and 38 this weekend

                      Did they fix the issues it was having? I watched Hickoks video. Ive always wanted a Python but never could pay the 3K price tag for a used one.

                        Yes it was a simple fix, the kind of thing that happens with brand new production firearms. I myself would have no problem buying one.

                            Whats the deal with the trigger weight? In general can you make wheel-gun triggers light?
                            I can't pull the stock trigger on most revolvers due to disability, is there a way to get them down to 2 or 3 pounds?
