Freedom week mags, extending base?

This floated my mind. I've been eyeing to get a Glock 17, but I have freedom week Glock 19 mags.

Are there any rules in increasing capacity of a freedom week mag that I already legally own?

Idea would be to use a G19 mag in a G17 frame.

You can increase a magazine that is over a 10 round capacity to any capacity you want. What you can't do is make a 10 rounder hold more.
