Why would there be another freedom week?

I missed out on the 2019 Freedoom due to being in a free state at the time.
But why would CA lawmakers allow for another freedom week?

The question is not up to the lawmakers. The question is now in the hands of the court after Judge Benitez's ruling.

Here is a link to one of the threads about the case:

"News stories and the truth are a bit like fraternal twins. They are related but only vaguely resemble each other."

"The things that will destroy America are prosperity-at any-price, peace-at-any-price, safety-first instead of duty-first, the love of soft living, and the get-rich quick theory of life." - Theodore Roosevelt

Lawmakers had nothing to do with Freedom Week. A judge created it and then ended it. The case is still pending.

There are many threads, use your favorite search engine. MSM stories too.

Liberal lawmakers are aware that the president is appointing judges at an amazing rate. So, some are trying to pass as many laws as possible before a "real" 2nd A ruling if it ever comes, others don't want to push too hard, as that might endanger the laws they have already passed.

New twist right now is the number of liberals who discovered that all those laws actual inconvenience them as well in time of need. I believe it will be a quickly forgotten lesson in liberty however.

Anyway, there is a mountain of information out there.

How about just having freedom, period.

There won't be one that follows the original one. Either Ca's law will be upheld, or tossed out by the court. Basically we would be able to purchase LCMs, until the legislature passes a new law banning them.

Some have speculated that there will be a "Freedom Week" 2 in regards to AW ruling that is due to come out. I think the odds are pretty much 50-50 on that one slipping through. DOJ got caught with their collective pants down once, I don't think they'll let that happen again. They probably have their appeal all set to be filed should things not go their way.

Democrat lawmakers aren't going to allow anything. They're about taking away freedom not giving it. Only the constitution and sane judges will strike the infringements down.

I am glad though that they are cutting out the middle man.

We can now drive to Utah and buy that overpriced ammo from the Geezer legally, right?

Well, partial freedom then, there were many people denied ammo purchases for typos in paperwork and other silly reasons that own better legal arsenals than you or me.

Freedom Week 1: We could buy magazines as well, they just were maxed out at 10.

It is more about celebrating all the wins that hopefully get us more in line with free states.

AWs, 10 day wait, roster, silencers.....

Saves on gas money to just fire up the ole puter and order it online.

This isn't "another" freedom week.. It's the first and only one there has been so far for ammo background checks.

You're probably unaware that there was an injunction for the magazine law. Two separate issues, two separate injunctions.

You might not know that there were many law abiding citizens denied their 2nd amendment right to purchase ammo because they bought their firearms before 2014.

                              You're wrong.

You might as well have said "It's not like we weren't able to buy magazines beforehand, we just were limited to 10 rds."
