I wonder if Spenceville & Oroville ranges are open? they might check your Driver license and tell you your not supposed to travel from out of your own area

like if you had a Sacramento or Bay area address? the group of motorcyclists that got tickets for non essential activities were from Fremont and they rode to Monterey about 87 miles away, since they were not locals they were cited.

Just returned from a bike ride past a BLM range. Several shooters but not crowded. Quite a bit of trash left by slobs

Just visited Panoche Hills BLM area twice in last four days. Didn't see anyone in person but could hear other activity few miles out.

Motor vehicle access to Panoche is now closed until fall. Some parts of Tumey may still be accessible. In principle hiking (with gear) from entrance areas would be an option but you will be doing more cardio than shooting that day.

So called some blm office. They said it's ok to go out and shoot as long as you follow social distancing

Shot today with a fireman friend north of forest hill. There were half a dozen other groups in various locations up there.

Only missed last weekend due to rain/mud. 73 degrees Saturday in the Anza desert. I'll be there.

Both the North Cow Mountain and South Cow Mountain BLM sites are closed for any purpose. That area is the closest BLM land to me in Ukiah.
