Pick up pending question

I had a pickup yesterday. Went there and they told me it wasn't ready. Called later and was asked for my name. Still showed wasn't ready

Called today and again was asked my name. Was told still not ready.

There was a pretty long line at the Lakewood Big5 this morning , more than what would be for shorts or tennis shoes. I'm thinking a lot of recent gun purchasers are in this pending mode from various cities up and down California.

Changing times..

2 months ago, we would get a delayed notice, otherwise show up at day 10 and 5 minutes and there would never be a problem. Now, don't bother calling to check until day 12...

Point 2: privacy. It is good practice to ask for ID before even acknowledging that you know a customer exists. In healthcare, this is mandated under HIPPA. It would be better if the guy on the phone asked your name, birthdate, place of birth and gun purchased, before giving you any info.
