A tip o' the hat to Comp-Tac Holsters

Well after going back and forth trying to find a decent IWB holster for my Glock 30 I finally settled on a MTAC by Comp-Tac. Heard good things about them and this particular model here and on other sites, so I thought I'd give them a try.
I ordered online April 28th and after a minor hiccup in the online order process (of which I was un-aware of but they were nice enough to actually call me and get it straightened out). I got a real live personalized e-mail from Josh, informing me that the holster had shipped on May 5. It was in the mail when I got home today, so that's pretty cool, but I was blown away by the personal details inside the package:

• The holster itself (full review later)
• A $10 off NRA membership invite (already a member so I'll pass it on to someone else)
• Adjustment Allen wrench and instructions
• A real live hand written thank you note AND some SMARTIES! I love Smarties.

Definitely going to buy from them again and if you're considering them, I say go for it. First class all the way.

I have had one of their holsters for about a year and a half, and it broke last week. I wrote their customer service dept and they told me their holsters only have a 1 year warranty and they would be glad to sell me another. I am torn, because the holster was very comfortable, BUT it only lasted a year and they did not stand behind it. I really want to tell them no thanks I will get a Blackhawk, but I also want another comp tac

Interesting, how do reports of the thickness compare to the comptac?

What part broke? You don't have to buy a complete new holster, you can purchase just the needed part.

Big D, sorry to hear that, like I said, I'll do a full review of the actual holster later, but if their product is as good as their customer service, I'll be a happy camper.

I have a MTAC holster and love it. I have a few Milt Sparks and I prefer the Comp-Tac stuff I have. Easy to order and nice to get your item in a week to 2 weeks, and if you want to change it around you can just order individual parts.
