yup, find a shop that'll accept transfers. Call around to different shops in your area and see what their transfer fees are as they can vary wildly; and some shops aren't even taking transfers due to customer flow. Your best bet would be a small shop or kitchen table ffl during times like these.

I have 2 of them great lowers i love the ambi bolt release. They are fine to ship as they lack any features that would make them an "assualt weapon" in California.
Be sure to build it out in a compliant configuration either featureless or mag locked.
