80% issues

So if you were to have a completed 80% lower AR stored in another state that hasn't been serialized would you just leave it out of state and buy another lower for a featureless rifle?

Thats what I would do. Aero lowers are not expensive and its less hassle than getting a serial number and then getting it engraved.

Not worth effort to acquire serial number then send pics after finishing which you already did then assembly.

This. Aero is probably the best for the money. Better than fooling around with the state's burdensome requirements.

That's what I'll end up doing. I hear its more expensive to go through all that trouble of serializing an 80% than buying a inexpensive registered lower.
