I know it sucks but I honestly don’t blame FFLs at all. With all of the chaos they’re trying to manage, why would they want to do a PPT? It isn’t worth the time. Takes personnel away from sales, which is off the charts right now.
I don’t blame the stores for this predicament. I blame the left, as usual.

Just like city, county, state gun stores being forced to close, gun store should also be held accountable for not doing ppt's. If you are denied a ppt or that particular store is denying ppt maybe their are legal repercussions for them as well.

          Might be of some use.

Call/email around to smaller home-based FFLs. It'll take some work, but that's how I got mine done last week.

I went all the way to Goodshots Gunsmithing in Vacaville but he didn't do it right because the buyer's address didn't match. I'd also call around pawn shops and see if they'll do it.

Agreed. If no sales can take place, they should PPT. Though if I were them, I'd just close. The $10 they make from the PPT isn't worth the time. Definitely not worth the exposure to rona.

Its a crappy situation. While I'm glad gun stores are able to remain open, secretly I'm also happy that the leftist hypocrites are struggling with their own laws and restrictions. Won't change anything, but its satisfying nonetheless.

Google is your friend. Look for CA FFL list to find small time/part timers who do transfers. They'll usually list their fees. When you find one, first do a check to make sure he is legit.
