    Accessory argh!

I put a kac handguard on my rifle today and once I felt how it changed the heft of the rifle I couldn't get it off fast enough.

So, ever put something on your gun and get an instant urge to take it off and chuck it in the waste bin? If so, what was it?

Tapco railed dustcover for the FAL. Ugly as all get out and poorly made to boot.

Tempting but I actually bought it to trade at a later date, just wanted to see what it felt like on the rifle before I squirreled it away. KAC RAS M5 because you ask.

I've had that experience with cheap mags.
So bad I don't even know where they are right now, and so cheap it's not even worth the gas money to drive back and return 'em.

For myself, it's usually grips. A lot of aftermarket grips change the way the grip feels in terms of width, Hogue's rubber grips are notorious for this. I've always gone back to the thinner, plastic grips.

Smooth bone 1911 grips LOOK great, feels like gripping a fish.

Captive Glock recoil rods. I HATE those

Multiple 3.5# connectors. They make the trigger spongy and vague

            Extended controls. Not necessary

Sidearmor USP rail adapter. Surefire is the way to go

Surefire A2. Everyone loves these, so I tried it out. I don't like twisties.

Rear removable stock pad for rifles. They shift around too much.

Boyt 1907 leather sling. What a thin, flimsy, POS.
