What I just learned is that Homeland Security did deem that gun stores are essential, but they left the decision to local government. That really screws those who are in liberal cities or counties. We have to wait for CRPA, GOA, SAF, and the NRA to sue the localities to restore our 2A rights.

CISA is advisory only. It's the standard that many cities and states are going by but there is no legal weight behind it. In California, Gov Gavin "I Nailed My Best Friend's Wife" Newsome has left it up to each individual city/sheriff to determine if gun shops should be "essential." So the last I heard, for example, the communist Sheriff of LA had given orders for gun stores to close. Not sure what this will do to his position. And I believe the 2A organizations are taking him to court.
