Letter From The President
To our valued customers:
I want to say "Thank you" for being part of the Turner's Outdoorsman family! I wanted to share with you what we're doing here at Turner's Outdoorsman in response to the public health crisis and to let you know how we will continue to provide you with the goods and high level of service you have come to expect from us.
Our commitment remains focused on the health and well-being of our customers and employees in our stores. We have implemented business practices recommended by federal, state and local governments and are prepared to respond quickly to any new recommendations to help do our part in mitigating the spread of this virus.
As of now, nothing has changed with our store hours. We will continue to perform the essential functions of processing required firearm and ammo background checks and releases and facilitating private parties transfers, all as required by law. Currently we are allowing 10 customers inside our store at a time and will continue to use our customer service numbering system. By limiting the amount of customer traffic, we are able to follow best practice recommendations on social distancing. We also have stopped the handling of display firearms in an effort to stop the possible spread of Covid-19.
As you have seen or would imagine, we are seeing an increased demand for our products and are starting to see some items become harder to restock. Our buyers are doing everything they can to keep a flow of goods to the stores and have begun notifying our sales staff of what is coming in the near future to try and direct customers to products that will be available or is currently available.
As many of you may know our Spring Flyer Sale begins this Friday, March 20th. With the recent unprecedented demand for many of the items in the flyer, we wanted to let our loyal customers know that many of the items advertised in the flyer have sold out in recent weeks and will not be available for purchase during this ad period. If the items become available, we will be honoring all ad prices for the duration of the Spring Flyer which ends April 30th.
We are closely monitoring each of our store locations. Should circumstances change at any point at any of our stores we will notify our customers as quickly as possible via Social Media and our website at TURNERS.COM. Our goal is to ensure that each and every one of our customers is able to continue to shop for their needs and trust that the health and safety of our customers and employees is a priority in everything we do.
