So im in highschool and in a law enforcement class. Somehow we got on the topic of legalitys of carrying guns in your car in your home and in the open etc.


So naturally i told my teacher it is legal to open carry.He thought that there is no way that can be legal. Obviously i know it is legal. So he said, "prove it to me by printing out the laws on this topic and youll get extra credit"

So what im asking is, what is the exact link to the california laws of open carrying?

Haha. Thanks man. He is a totally cool guy and is not like other teachers were their word is law. He is totally willing to be proven wrong.

He is already pretty open to being corrected. He knows its legal in other states. Just doesnt believe its legal in this one.
