Need help locating quick detach 90 degree rail

I have searched multiple times but I cannot seem to find what I'm looking for. I'm looking for a picatinny rail attachment that attaches to a top rail and adds some rail off to one side at a 90 degree angle (not a 45 degree angle). I want a quick detach feature. This is for a flashlight. I have only a top rail to work with. Can anyone provide a link or point me in the right direction? Thanks for any help!
